How does moving to Zurich as a private client work - our process in a nutshell

The majority of the individuals we have the pleasure of assisting are relocating due to work-related reasons. They may - or may not - have received a relocation allowance by their future employer here in Switzerland.

After contacting us, we are excited to schedule what we call an initiation call (free of charge and without obligation). This call usually takes place over WhatsApp and lasts around 45 minutes. Our main aim during this call is to establish a deeper understanding of each other and explore your unique relocation requirements and preferences.

Should you decide to engage our services, we will provide you with a link to gather some essential personal information and relocation details required for the services you have requested. The nature of the services you choose will dictate our next steps. For example, we might pre-book an appointment with the local registration authorities, arrange a meeting with a bank of your choice to facilitate the opening of a bank account, or connect you with our trusted insurance network.

Suppose you have opted for our "home search" service. In that case, approximately 5-7 days before your planned arrival date, you will start receiving links to potential properties that match your criteria. We will provide you with daily updates on available flats that meet your preferences. Once we have your feedback, we will schedule viewings on your behalf, accompany you to these viewings, assist with submitting applications, and follow up with the relevant agencies or landlords. We will also guide you through the lease agreement once it is in place. For added peace of mind, we will be there during the handover and remain available to address any lingering questions or concerns.
