Once you have reached out to us, we're thrilled to offer you what we call an initiation call, and the best part is, it is free of charge! This call typically takes place via WhatsApp and lasts for approximately 45 minutes. During this call, our primary goal is to build a better understanding of each other and delve deeper into your personal relocation needs and desires.
Should you decide to engage our services, we will provide you with a link to gather some essential personal information and relocation details required for the services you have requested. The nature of the services you choose will dictate our next steps. For example, we might pre-book an appointment with the local registration authorities, arrange a meeting with a bank of your choice to facilitate the opening of a bank account, or connect you with our trusted insurance network.
Suppose you have opted for our "home search" service. In that case, approximately 5-7 days before your planned arrival date, you will start receiving links to potential properties that match your criteria. We will provide you with daily updates on available flats that meet your preferences. Once we have your feedback, we will schedule viewings on your behalf, accompany you to these viewings, assist with submitting applications, and follow up with the relevant agencies or landlords. We will also guide you through the lease agreement once it is in place. For added peace of mind, we will be there during the handover and remain available to address any lingering questions or concerns.
